It's been a Long Time!!!

Wow! THINGS ARE SO CRAZY AROUND HERE!!! I just finished up all the banker school and I don't have to do any more!!!!Things are going well here at the Deeter home. We have all been really busy but loving it. Kaden is getting so big and the girls have more and more drama everyday. Kaden keeps telling me he is staying 4 forever and I hope he does!!! :) Brian is now working for the Hershey's plant in Ogden and I am with US Bank. We are both very happy in the places we are and the places they will take us..With Brian's work schedule it gives him a lot of time to be with Kaden and they went skiing the other day. It was Kaden's first time and can I say he was so excited and talks about when he can go again. It was so cute. Not much going on for me. I just moved into my new branch first of Feb and have been really busy since then.

First Week of Banker School!

Well I started my first week of banker school this week and what would you know my first day was an experience that last for years and will follow me for awhile. They called us a week before training started and told me that there was limited parking and that they would like us to park at the Smith's down the road and walk up 3 blocks. My training is in Salt Lake so parking is limited down there so being the great person I am decided that I would do just that and let those who might not be capable of walking have the parking at the bank! I didn't even make it half way there before slipping on a patch of ice and going down hard on my knee and my papers went flying. Well I ended up hobbling my way down the side walk for the other block and a half and was late 15 min to class. Of coarse I had called and they knew what had happened but talk about embarrassing.

Christmas time at the Deeter Home!!!!

Well Christmas has come once again and has left for yet another year!!!Christmas is a very special time of the year but if your not careful you can get sweept away in the commercial side of Christmas and forget the true meaning of the season. This year my husband started a new tradition where right before family prayer we gathered the family together and he would read a different Christmas story each night. It was great and it keep things in perspective! We had many Christmas parties to go to this year and enjoyed the time we had to spend with family and friends. Christmas was very humble this year and I believe that is how it should be. The kids weren't over whelmed with tons of presents and therefore grateful for the ones they received!!! I hope Christmas was good for all and that the New Year is even better!!!
Some of our family traditions are Cinnamon rolls for breakfast Christmas morning and Santa on Christmas Eve comes to my mother in laws house!
